Can I still subscribe if my address doesn't qualify for home delivery?
If at any time you decide to cancel your subscription, which you can do at any time, you may contact customer service. You must cancel your subscription before it automatically renews for a subsequent period to avoid being charged for the next period's subscription fee. If you timely cancel your subscription, the cancellation will become effective at the end of the then current subscription period. Gannett does not provide credits, refunds, or prorated billing for any subscription cancelled mid-period.

In most areas, new orders begin within 2 to 3 days after the order request has been received. Your expected start date will be shown on the confirmation page after you place an order. If you receive your print edition via the US Postal Service, your print edition will be delivered with your mail service. However, when there is no postal delivery, such as federally recognized holidays, your newspaper will be delivered the next day there is postal delivery available. The personal information we receive from you is used only to provide the highest quality home delivery service available.
Please note that while newspaper subscription prices are published for your zip code there is a very small chance that your specific address is not serviced by the Canton Repository. Additionally, if your delivery address is a PO Box number, the newspaper cannot deliver to your address. Payments are non-refundable, and there are no refunds or credits for the unused portion of a subscription that has been cancelled before the end of a billing cycle.
